As a UCAN team member, you know firsthand the difference our work makes in the lives of children in Chicago who have experienced trauma. You also know that finding the right people to join our team is essential to continue providing the level of support and care that we pride ourselves on.

That's why we need your help. We are currently looking for more dedicated and compassionate educators, social workers, and case managers to join our team. We know that you have your own networks of colleagues, friends, and acquaintances who share our mission and values.
